Kwale Governor hon.Salim mvurya has again made it in the overall counties fainacial expenditure ..kwale county emerged the best in its financial expenditure this year despite of some politician accusing mvurya of poor management as the county has been with poor infrastructure .the most questionable road is the samburu,kinango road extended to kwale .the road is yet to be tarmacked for over 20years now.
Is the county government to be blamed or the central government?
